Brooklane Baptist Daycare is a non-profit Baptist day care and is a ministry of Brooklane Baptist Church.

General Information

The Brooklane Baptist Childcare Center consists of a class for 15 to 24 months, a class for 24 to 36 months and after school care for ages 3 and up.

We also have a summer Program for all of these ages. Our summer program is packed with activities such as water day, tumbling lessons in the gym, craft time, movie day in our own 90 seat theater, story time in the library, Playground time, and much more.

Brooklane Baptist Daycare strives to maintain the following recommended ratios of students to teachers:

18 to 30 months	1 to 7
30 months to 4 years	1 to 11
4 years to school age	1 to 18
School age to 8 years	1 to 21
8 years and older	1 to 22

Daycare workers have undergone full background checks by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Alabama Bureau of investigations and are required to be trained in CPR and first aid. Food handler certification is also a requirement for all of our childcare staff. Founded in 1974 Our Daycare is perhaps the oldest and most established in Hueytown.
